By using the YouChess app, you agree to these terms.
The service
YouChess lets you play chess against AI opponents, discover your rating, and analyze your games. The service is provided "as is", and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
Purchases
The Remove Ads upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple or Google. It removes advertising permanently for your account and can be restored on new devices through the store's restore mechanism. Refunds are handled by the store under their policies.
Fair use
You agree not to abuse the service — including attempting to manipulate ratings, exploit purchase validation, reverse-engineer the AI models, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouChess is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
